It is our feeling that what a small law firm has to offer is personal attention which may not be available in a larger firm. When the resources of a larger law firm are necessary, we on occasion, associate with reputable large law firms with our client's consent. However, over 98 percent of the cases we accept, we handle entirely on our own with our staff and several independent contracting investigators, paralegals, and legal service providers.

   Our office is completely computerized and we have access through one of our computer terminals to the Pinellas County Clerk of Court Records.

   We view our practice as including legal counseling and advice, as well as trial practice.

   Our fee structure may be flat fee, hourly fee, or contingent fee depending upon the type and circumstances of the case.

   Our fees are competitive and clearly spelled out in writing in advance. In most circumstances, financing can be arranged.
